  1. I think it's a combination of the two. They love it for some features and hate it for some others. And in the end they love the nice things more than they hate the bad things. And they probably also hope/expect that the bad things will get solved (which, eventually, I'm sure they will, at least the things fixable by software updates. The hardware ones will get fixed too, but in future revisions of the car)
