  1. Dude, what ? The AVG FPS is the average of all the frame times for all the frames. The 1% LOW is the average of the worst/lowest FPS/highest frame time frames. Similar for 0.1% LOW Also, you can technically call the AVG FPS number to be the 100% LOW (or 100% anything, since it takes all 100% FPS figures). If still in doubt, find out what percentile graphs are. Hope this helps!

  2. I think that Quake 2 with RTX looks pretty nice. While I can't say it's cartoony, I'd say it's neither that realistic.
