  1. NVidia is clearly hindering the performance on GTX cards! You can trust me, I'm someone from the internet! Jokes aside, I really hope they don't lock this for only RTX cards. Ok, I get it that on my GTX 1060 I might drop from 60 FPS to 23 FPS in whatever game. But I might use it while not gaming, when I'm in a conference and the neighbor above JUST HAS TO DRILL HIS STUPID WALLS. Anyway, in this case what do I risk ? Going from 2% GPU utilization to 70% ? Oh, what a nightmare would that be * rolls eyes *. And it's not like having conferences in which nobody has to repeat stuff would actually be something useful, that all the world needs... /s. Also, I'm not sure from the video... does GTX 1080 sounds the same (aka quite bad) also when going solo, with no gaming/benchmark/stress running alongside ?
