Somebody has to first put a light on this nonsense so somebody else (hopefully many) can fight this nonsense. Tech is dying because of these lunatics.

I'd say that a more effictive way would be to be involved into their discussions and push against stupid things. Though supporting the alternatives is not bad either.

@ViniciusSilvadaCruz Technically, I think Lunduke is a millenial. And Richard Stallman would be a boomer. Doesn't matter much though. That being said, I fully disagree.

I'd say that it would be more effective (in general, not just here) to get involved a bit in their discussions and push back against stupid things. Just boycotting is not that effective, because it's rarely done at a big enough scale to work, they might still not learn anything aka, at worst the project will die instead of getting healed and depending on the topic/subject and how much you care, sometimes you actually have no alternative. Actively fighting back is the better long term solution.
