  1. Same here, as you got me curious and I spent about 30 minutes searching, including the forum. From the name of the PDF it says it is information for repairers and recyclers, so probably you have to be enrolled/registered as a partener of sorts, or simply to their business newsletter or something like that. Or maybe it's shown when you contact the support.
