  5. Didn't a random caller say that two women were fighting? And even though he needed to speak with her to get info about the incident, she wasn't cooperating? I'd think that she impeding the officer by going off on a tangent where her drunk behind was out of common sense. Everything took a left turn as soon as she got physical.
