  4.  @hazel555  it’s always easier to say what should have been done after the fact. Maybe they just didn’t want to hurt the dog, or the huge crowd that formed might have come after them. And I do think it went on longer than it should have, but that’s what happened. I just think saying the first officer was bad was a little much. Cops can never win.

  14. SLIGHTLY aggressive? It bit the officer deep on his arm. It's called caution. This should have been handled by animal control. Police are trained to deal with humans. 🙄
