  2. @ I think there might be a "suggestion box" available online. You could submit a suggestion for this PD to implement changes. OR, you could acknowledge that her behavior didn't scream drunk, otherwise the cop would have said he smelled alcohol. If you pay attention, after she screams about wanting a breathalyzer, he says that he doesn't think she's under the influence of alcohol. It's because he believed she was under the influence of drugs.

  7.  @RandallSchneider-j1g  do you think that it's odd that she kept screaming for a breathalyzer but when the officer said they weren't concerned about drinking, and said they wanted to do a blood test, that's what she yelled NO to? That's what people call a clue.

  9. How does one predict the future when interacting with another person? Difficult to do with a stranger. Police interactions are fluid. A cop's actions during the stop are going to evolve depending on how the other person is behaving and/or what they're saying.
