That's up to the courts. Pretty positive that cops who have evidence of someone committing a crime and can arrest them do not want that work to go to waste. That's where people who are sick of the soft-on-crime game should vote accordingly. Once elected judges who are just yet fair, will hold someone accountable and protect the communities in which they serve.

@nickvanachthoven7252 can't use force that involves a weapon since he's a convicted felon. BTW, FACTS aren't irrelevant.
