  6. "The system failed him"??? The "system" is there to ensure that individuals, especially repeat offenders, are held accountable for their actions. He had choices and options in terms of his reaction to the judges words. He chose to act, rather than let any appeal process work.

  7. Yea he had an attitude but in that moment they didn't need to amp up the situation. Those cops were all in their feelings. I think most cops are decent, but right is right, and these cops were wrong.

  12. ​@dr.g3860 square states. I suppose drinking and driving is cool with you too? All because some people think smoking weed should be legalized in all states. And it should be. But some pesky laws have certain rules that have to be followed. No driving if someone has smoked. Having it only be up to a certain amount and in its original packaging. If people can't follow those few rules, then, everyone else who abide by those caveats, states are going to make weed illegal again.

  35. ​@FuzzyWCTX unwanted touch is probably 75% of the job when cops have interactions with people who behave like this woman. There's is probably the only profession where they are allowed to put hands on people. Yet, it's illegal to touch an officer which is understandable because they carry tasers and guns. Cop did come in a little hot, but the "you wanna play?" repeatedly would put anyone on guard. Be logical.
