When you don't tolerate discourse, you surround yourself with like minded people, over time this breeds hatred for THE OTHER, this leads to the corrosion of morality and a slippery slope to a reality where it's ok to kill children. Here in nz we deported a lady who was bringing, over soldiers straight out of the idf, who were selling beauty products in malls, they were coercing old ladies with aggressive sales techniques where old ladies were marched to bank machines to facilitate sales. These people have turned of their self examination, in order to sleep at night. Even animals don't act this badly.

It's what you mentioned to begin with- so many other countries trading that dollar, it goes back to the petro dollar and big oil, and remains due to it's established dominance, it's a house of cards though, as soon as China is economically strong enough they will want to trade their money and that's not really that far off, as soon as that happens they will inherit the right to control the world currency and America's economy will tank over night from all the frenzied printing, debt growth and quantitative easing they've been doing lately, that's why they're pushing for a war with china.
