  3. I have read abt head waiters who took over the restaurant after the owner went broke. Or waitresses who owned 3 city apartments. The ones who are there for decades, are the worst. If you are a guest and have the feeling the tea is being watered down, you hit the nail right on its head. Waiters re using tea bags up to 3 - 4 times, Italian speciality. We used to call it Sicilian Earl Grey

I was in that business, when waiters told me, the money on the table were tips. sold bottles of champaign and pocketed the money right away. Or taking home materials such as Bags of coffee, meat, caviar, (only the best and most expensive) and other. Or have 2 jobs, or 3, then demand sick leave from their main boss. And many other.Italian waiters are at the forefront of this a lot. That is why in Italy bosses demanded of them to sew up their pockets. Drain the swamp
