  4. The world knows what France didn’t do in Rwanda, how France illegally exerts influence on African governments. Look how the French handled Chad. And other places. And extracted the uranium mines in Mali. A lot of places there got badly poisoned and contaminated. The French are still practicing Colonialism there. And, French never stop begging in Berlin for money.
