Of course, when ppl are being discriminated against and treated as outcast, what can u expect of them? i have known a some very amiable gypsies, and also quite well to do, but mainly in eastern europe there is huge discrimination, Czech, hungarians, slovakians dont want them, what rules are they to follow if they are not being accepted?
