  1. Lock up the war mongers from Scandinavia. What happens there are ancient feuds coming to the fore. No one can revers history. The US should consider itself lucky that a bankrupt Czar sold Alaska for 7 million dollars and should now refrain from taking Russian lands. And the West should stick to agreements , rather than testing out Russia.
