  40. we had Americans guests where I live. Most of them just wanted a glass of water and cool themselves down in our air-conditioned cafe. We charged them naturally, So they complained, "what?, we have to pay for water?. We told them, water is nt for free, we must also pay for it, and the waitress has to be paid, the electricity for the fridge and air con needs to be paid. The rent needs to be paid and many other things.
