@Kalimdor199Menegroth if Those Empires were Persian and Oghuz Turks had no power in them to speak off.. then why a Region Streching from Derbent to Northern İran is Turkic Speaking? Except Other İranian Languages spoken in Caspian shores like Gilaki or Mazandarani? Why those İranian peoples got assimilated in to modern Azerbaijani Ethnicity if Azerbaijanis had no power in states between Safavids to Qajars to speak off? İf that wasnt the Case Tat language would have swithed places with Azerbaijani wouldnt it?

@Kalimdor199Menegroth No... they have been the Minority since the Mongol and Timurid İnvasions... for almost Seven Centuries... Blame Mongols and Uzbeks for them being 25% of Eastern Anatolia before WW1

@Kalimdor199Menegroth Dude the Harbord as well as Sunderland Reports (two Military reports one documenting Southeastern Anatolia around Diyarbakır and other Documenting the Van region about the possibility of a Armenian Mandate there) usually agree that their Total Population was between 1.3 and 1.5 million, with 1.4 million being taken as the most correct guess... both also document about how even without WW1 the Lack of Armenians in the Western Armenia was going to be a Major problem when creating any state there... they were a large Minority.. but the Majority were Sunni Turks and Kurds
