  1. A big problem with bakeries here in Germany is that they use ready-made mixes for the dough in order to maximize profits. So many baked goods now taste similar or the same. I know people who drive long distances to find a baker who still bakes traditionally, which is more expensive, but the bread and rolls taste so fantastic that it knocks the fillings out of your teeth if they are not screwed together properly 😂
