  2. Just because a country gives another country weapons should not, and does not mean it’s declaring war on another country. It’s simply means it’s helping an ally as long as the country who sending weapons is not directly involved with human soldiers then there is no issue, but these dictators like Vladimir Putin I mean, Vladimir Putier just like to use it as an excuse. What Russia is doing to Ukraine and its people is nothing but destruction and murder victory to Ukraine.
