  1. Sir have you heard of president Calderon? I believe it was in 2010 he literally declared war on the cartels. All it did was rise the crime rate tremendously the homicide rate rose tremendously it was literally a blood bath. I can ask you the Same, why hasn’t the USA got rid of the drug issue or as they like to say “the war on drugs” and don’t say because of Mexico
