@herotomillions4095 buddy once UN recognizes a country it is no longer an occupant simple, the UN recognized that the land belongs to Jewish people only, Jerusalem inhabitants are not Arabs, they shouldn't even be there in the first place, and if the Arabs can't give land to the original settlers then that explains what kind of people you are. If you refuse to give land to the original settlers then obviously they will fight for it, so no israel is not an occupant because they have proved to the UN that they are the original inhabitants and they were driven out during the bronze age, rest is up to you whether you want to recognize Israel as a country or not because alot of Arab countries do recognize Israel

@herotomillions4095 bro hamas fired missiles to Israel that too on civilian infrastructure and killed 1200 people, it was not even on military infrastructure it was straight up on civilians, UN clearly says that attack on civilians is not allowed and hamas has no right to do it, so israel has all right to defend itself because it has to protect its citizens, according to international law it is the country responsibility to protect its own citizens through right to self defend, if they don't then that means the government is corrupt, but the same cannot be said for hamas, they are not saving their citizens they are just letting them die, that is the difference between a terrorist organization and army

@User28332 you should be asking this question to hamas, what were they thinking on Oct 7 ?? They think that there won't be civilian casualties?? Whatever is happening in gaza clearly shows that hamas are incompetent when it comes to saving civilians, take a look at ukraine and Russia war, both nations are at war and both of them are good in protecting their citizens that's why the civilian casualties are less, unlike in gaza where hamas are using civilians as human shields

@herotomillions4095 right to self defend means, a country using everything in its power to protect its own citizens, a country doesn't comprise of government and army, it also comprises of civilians like women and children too, and the country has every right to defend, even your gaza also has the right to defend itself but provocation and invasion is not one of them, get this through your thick skull and know what right to defend really means

@herotomillions4095 they do, incase you don't know under right to self defense anything is allowed and no ICJ or ICC can overrule it, tell me where it is written that a country should not retaliate to defend itself from terror attacks ?? Besides hamas are not even the official government of Gaza, they didn't meet the official criteria to be recognized as a ruler of Gaza, that itself makes hamas a terror group, and a country has the right to self defend itself from terrorists

@herotomillions4095 international rule clearly says that it is the country own responsibility to protect its citizens not the attacker or the international community, again where it is written that it is attackers responsibility to not kill civilians in another country ?? Shouldn't that be the responsibility of that country ?? Why someone else would take responsibility for your civilians?? All international community can do is request, other than that it is upto to the attacker whether they want to do it or not

@rahulkrish807 looks like you forgotten the massacre of Oct 7 by hamas so let me refresh it for you, on Oct 7 hamas declared war in Israel by launching 7500 missiles into israel killing 1300 Israelis, kidnapped women, children and elderly all 240of them mostly Thai, they held women by their hair and were chanting allah oh akbar, they even attacked a music fest killing several foreign nationalists, they destroyed the border and gaza people were celebrating the attacks clicking selfies and all (it disgusted me), even burnt the Israeli flag too and several hamas troops entered Israel via the paragliders.
