  1. Our standards for our own conduct should be as rigid or loose as our standards for others. Likewise, equivalent standards placed on us by others should be accepted. Double standards for determining betrayal is a no-go arrangement for those with integrity.

  2.  @LiamFlanagan-dd9wb  I don't believe that the core issue of perfectionism is about being hung up on quality. It's about being overly dependent on achievement as a source of self-worth.
