  2.  @kiv_daniels  Just look up the dictionary meaning of respect. Black moms rightly used the word with their kids when demanding respect. Parents deserve respect for their guardian function and authority position. Punks, kids and peers do not deserve respect from each other until they prove themselves respectable for some significant accomplishment. Politeness and civility are what peers owe each other. Nothing more or less.
