  1. One country where the army is always at the ready and it is not mercenaries: Israel. Each boy and girl knows they will go into army training at the age of 18. Most want to do it. If not, a person's CV looks weird, and questions rise up. Of course, Israel lives a different type of conflict than in Ukraine, and it is a much smaller country.
