For the general knowledge I was informed that based on such theory Stalin colonized Slavic people in Romania and yes they replaced the Romanians in the most national cultural traditional villages in at least one visible region. I could not verify the information but I don't have reasons to believe it is not true. There is not one single Romanian left in most cultural ex- Romanian villages.
