  4. Purely theoretical he may say this : indeed the NKVD and the communists had a tactic to release the political prisoners only to die at home. But you also have in the democratical world prisoners having a lethal disease mercifully released not to die in prison. From very different and quite opposite reasons you may have the same results. But here it was obvious that he was in a very bad and dangerous health condition at the last trial. He needed to be sent right away home for an appropriate treatment instead of being exhibited half dead at the trial. This is murder. They surely have an underdeveloped health care system there not being able to provide a proper medical aid. But also there are many trained to kill not to care and save anybody.
