Nothing new after Hitler, Mussolini and Ciano

@engliterra355 after being "bombed" with information from all sides apart from the usual personal conflicts I can tell you for sure that for someone coming from the mentality of the "nanny" /paternalistic state, having a nanny /social aid /assistance need is impossible to understand the "I am the state" extended to every individual citizen. They do not have the power of a citizen so they cannot understand the identity of the state and the citizens.

@engliterra355 both mindsets are in every country I am pretty sure. More important it generates political ideology which may become more authoritarian or felt like repressive. It may be seen as a conflict between the citizens and the state but in fact it is an internal conflict between masses of people.

@liamros3562 in the end they attacked the USSR, didn't they? Guess who were their allies?

I think that you are innocent, naive and idealistic. Regretfully there is a reason why I received posts with the Nazis EU and Nazis NATO all the time for more than one year for sure. If you have seen the news you should know that Germany had political coups problems and there are far right governments in Europe.

@carlthor91 but you do realize what exactly is he implying?

@carlthor91 when you named Xi... That they are a foundation for an authoritarian regime

Yes very nice that they did not look at the Germans as at the enemy

I am sorry to inform you that some are seeing there only a clash between two imperialisms. The humanism of others supports this war. Isn't that paradoxical? The biggest problem in my opinion is that this conflict shows what it is for Russia to have NATO so close to their borders. It explains something about the attitude of politicians lately

@mike.B.1 it seems that China came with some answers

@DarthVader-qy1hb we know that the wild liberalization and the 19th century capitalism went wrong not only in the former Soviet Union but also in the whole former communist block. We also know that they only want to take your money by selling their products to you. Many Europeans are able to become a partner /associate of the North American companies avoiding to be only a client state. Too bad for the others. But the truth is that the communists and descendants of the Comintern communists destroyed and ruined their national economy.

@DarthVader-qy1hb I know that it was a disaster everywhere and economists and historians said it was worse than the Great Depression. Now I never say that it is the construction and the success of only one person but a national effort. When I am looking at them leaving their country I would say it is because their nation 's incompetence and failure. Of course I am a foreigner and cannot judge the suffering and decisions or images of the Russians, many had very good and advantageous businesses with them and especially without corruption scandals, but a good reputation. It is a tragedy that all these could not be avoided.

But remind us what had the Germans to do at the end of the Cold War? To demolish a wall? It took some time to.
