Many armies and nations have a great tradition after more than 2000 years of wars. But the political world has changed. And we cannot imagine some alliances still able to exist. As I said somewhere else Germany had an extremely barbaric war 1000 years too late. 4. Nobody can deny the Soviet - communist imperialist offensive on Europe beginning with 1918 - 1919 when Germany could have a Soviet Republic in Bavaria. Couldn't make the things better, could it?
