  1.  @nothereandthereanywhere  at the first level of the society, by the poor hard working people race is not an issue, poverty is. Still they may have ethnic conflicts ("the foreigner"), social conflicts (competition on illegal jobs) and religious ones. State discrimination of immigrants is something else.
