@triplebeans4159 true. Earlier if both partners were employed it was expected for the man to have the better paid job to keep the social respect of his wife. But the values have shifted. Today many women are better paid than their partners who visibly have a good strong character, constructive, family men with obvious personal and civilization values. Very beautiful women want to be valued for their "inner beauty", good generous hearts, noble spirit, self sacrifice capacity and support men who need help in their activities. "Behind the success of a powerful man is a powerful woman". But at least since Thatcher 's times is clear that "behind the success of a powerful woman is a very powerful man" too.

@justsomeguy1141 I would expect more family businesses as I saw building workers both skilled and working together, women doing the wall painting, the fine finishes, the decorations.
