@budbas you will be surprised but this will be against the European tradition no matter British or Russian. During the Cold War was normal for teenagers at 13 -14 years old to learn to shoot with the military weapons and ammo, training with live fire. But the laws were very strict as the gun control. They didn't have any access to the weapons outside their military training. But everyone knows that someone does not need a gun to kill somebody else.

@ceciliarichter2458 if you are Swedish then you didn't have wars for around 2 centuries, isn't it? You are far away from the experience of those fighting Russia or the USSR till the end not cowards at all. Not to say not near the front lines. You also should know that this is the normal price for the Russians to pay for never being occupied by foreign powers even when militarily defeated and never being the colonies of anyone.
