What he said is very important because if the law was broken and the prosecution finds out they must start automatically to investigate even if the victim is not aware and does not press charges. But you may imagine how bad it may be if the victim officially complained and the police lost the claim in the files. Sometimes the human error may be as bad as corruption.

It will be a massive hardware /software expertise. Everything else will be seen in the process. The prosecution cannot hide or withholding any of the evidence.
