"radiation effects camera film on earth i may be wrong, but I would think the VARB would be more intense than an airport X-Ray machine which is thought to damage film?"
Well you at least got one thing right - the fact that you "may be wrong". Read my question again. Let me repeat it for you. "Why would photographic film not be able to survive the trajectories that each Apollo mission took through the VABs?"
The Van Allen Belts consist of charged particle radiation, not X-rays. X rays, which can be destructive to film vary in their energy. By way of example, a CT scanner will be 60KV, and airport baggage scanner you refer to 80KV - where in comparison, as he equivalent radiation produced by X rays form the sun on the surface of the moon or in cislunar space is less than 5KV. Anything less than 10KV can't penetrate anything greater than 1mm of aluminium. 5KV can be stopped by a piece of paper. Kept within a metal container, the X rays from the sun simply weren't strong enough to damage the film. The only time that they would present a risk to film is during a solar flare/CME/SPE - and in that scenario, the main concern would have been the safety of the astronauts.
"And I don't know how much lead sheilding they would had to have just just for camera equipment, considering the weight."
None. Lead shielding is the last thing that you want to be using against the Alpha and Beta radiation of the VABs due to Bremsstrahlung. Beta particles can be easily shielded with a sheet of plastic, whilst Alpha particles can again be blocked by as little as a peice of paper.
"but I'm just spittballing."
And yet despite this you think that your lack of knowledge and personal incredulity warrants branding something that you don't actually understand as fake? A very strange and frankly dangerous take on the world around you.
