I'd like to think that employers might have stopped posting "ghost jobs" when they just wanted to collect resumes without any intention to hire any time soon... but the job market has taught me to expect that no, employers haven't stopped trying to gaslight us all and those ghost jobs are probably the only thing being posted now.
