  2.  @DF-ss5ep  yes, this is right, The bolsheviks were for peace negotiations because there was no feasible win and the overall mood in Europe was about the end of the war. There were revolutions in Hungary, Germany. Europe was in a revolutionary mood in the beginning of 20s century.
