  1. basically, you are saying we need a planned economy: we know the number of people, we can today use computer to plan how much everyone needs, say, food in a year. Then, we know how many producers we can task - you 've got the idea. It is now the politicians' problem, leaders of society problem but they continue thinking about wars and installation of "democracy" somewhere or inventing new industries to be the first there and rip the benefits of that.
