  7.  @jasonsimms8251  - People smarter than you very rarely take advantage of you. It's people who know how to manipulate your emotions who are the ones that take advantage of you. And you don't have to have any great intellect to emotionally manipulate people; you merely have to have a lack of empathy. The worst manipulators in the world are children with their parents. Thankfully this is mostly harmless. But a child that never grows is is what we call a narcissist- and they are the worst manipulators of all; though they just use the tactics every child uses.

  9. OR just before she has the seizure her mind is free of the bounds of the physical and is receptive to the parts of the universe we filter out cos they would be TOO complex to live life. We only SEE a tiny fraction of the EM spectrum so why would not only perceive a tiny fraction of the universe We are built to navigate life in the universe - we only "see" the relevant data, like visible light.

  11. AS A CHILD WE HAD A PET CROW it was way smarter than any dong I have ever owned and IO currently have a super intelligent springer spaniel. The crow would know we were packing for holiday and pack its toys in the suitcase - yes we used to holiday with a crow. Then when we were leaving and it did not want to go home - it would unpack them as you packed and hide them. They are INCREDIBLY intelegent.

  22. IN 2015 I WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD at the scene of an accident. Whist "dead" I learned that there are two universes - identical and opposite copies of each other. THAT si how they can exist - the net energy is ZERO. Everything is everything and everything is nothing. How much energy does it take to create a new nothing - ZERO There could be an infinite number of equal and opposite universes. I had NO knowledge of this before being "dead" or interest in it. It was the "dead" that sparked this interest.

  24. THE BEST BIT OF RESEARCH ON THIS I have seen is the "How Wrong Can They Be?" study. It works out how WRONG can a US Navy pilot be in their description of something. As a European, i was convinced it was VERY! I was wrong, turned out they are actually very well trained and the margin of error is nothing even close to being big enough to write off these reports - even if the video "could be xyz" the pilots are simply not that wrong...

  27. THE REASON BUSINESS SUITS are black, dark grey, navy blue is because of the coal soot and smog in the city centre... The reason collars and cuffs were detachable is cos they would get dirty very quickly being white. In the 18th century clothing was much more colourful and one of the reasons is we burned wood and not coak for heating, brightly coloured clothing and coal fires do NOT mix.

  29.  @autohmae  - That's why I sell enough books to make a living and I'm guessing you don't :-) Actually, I was going to change it to "In a capitalist society, you literally have to pay companies to do the right thing" cos that's technically what I meant but it does not read as well and its not true you have to pay people, most people do the right thing most of the time for social conformity and personal ethics. Jailing them almost never figures into this, it's not a deterrent. Weirdly enough I was researching policing in medieval times 2 weeks ago, which lead me to research policing in modern times and OMG what a joke that is...

Every now and then, just occasionally a person will tell me I saved them from committing suicide Its the biggest pay day of my life, and I used to be a millionaire at one point. But nothing comes close, absolutely nothing. I still find it hard to believe, cos I don't do anything special, to think that just being there for someone at the right time on the right day can save their life - AMAZING.

But they will be rebuilt and in a better and more equitable and more sustainable way. Gen Z are an astonishing generation; they are more creative than even the 60's generation. They are more organised than any generation in history. They have no more love of technology than they do a paintbrush or a wrench, they have little interest in consumerism. They know its THEIR literal future on the line and they are prepared to fight. They have grown up in terror of their own futures and they WILL leave a better one for their kids.

THAT IS NOT THE REASON THEY CHOSE THE UNDERWIRE COMPANY The women that made the suits were the corset trained seamstresses, they had the physical strength in their fingers to manipulate the multiple layers of fabric and sew them incredibly accurately. Corset making is utter hell on the fingers, it is a real skill that takes years to learn.

LANGUAGE CHANGES YOUR PERCEPTION OF REALITY if you want to actually experience this, stop calling things "BROWN" Brown is actually dark orange, but YOU SEE brown as a colour cos you have a word for it. If you start calling things "Dark Orange" every time you see brown, after about 6 months you will no longer see brown, it will genuinely BE a dark orange. I have done it, its weird. My mahogany desk now - its dark orange, very clearly dark orange.
