  1. AS A CHILD WE HAD A PET CROW it was way smarter than any dong I have ever owned and IO currently have a super intelligent springer spaniel. The crow would know we were packing for holiday and pack its toys in the suitcase - yes we used to holiday with a crow. Then when we were leaving and it did not want to go home - it would unpack them as you packed and hide them. They are INCREDIBLY intelegent.

I HAVE A HYPER INTELLIGENT SPRINGER SPANIEL she is currently on hunger strike cos she regards one of her "tricks" as humiliating I lived in a house with CCTV everywhere - she mapped the entire house on the monitors so she could move about without ever being on camera. She lies - she will lie on the sofa then when she hears us coming she will run to her basket and pretend to be asleep. She plays practical jokes on people - she will act super excited to see you - run like a crazed idiot to greet you and then when you bend down she will run straight past you and sniff the ground behind you... Training her is a nightmare cos she works out ways to scam you, like barking at imaginary so you tell her to shut up and when she does - you give her a treat. HONESTLY - I wish she was less intelligent - everything is a battle of will and intellect.
