NUTRIENTS IN FOOD I live in Bulgaria now - I only eat locally grown food from the low-intensity local farms and I had to have a full blood workup recently - the doctor could not believe that every single one of my vitamins, minerals and micronutrient levels was in the upper 50% of the "good" range. She said she does not see that in "city people" only the old folks from the villages who grow their own food and rear their own animals. So it REALY does make a difference.

  2. AS AN AUTHOR I totally sympathise - my lst book totally bombed - everyone said it was my best book, bla bla bla and it jsut DID NOT SELL. And then last week out of nowhere I started getting sales, I dont know if someone reviewed it or what...??? 18 months of my LIFE lol
