I LIVE IN A SOVIET ERA TOWER BLOCK its passively colled and it WORKS amazingly - there is a windcatcher on the roof That feeds cool air from above into a vertical shart in the middle of the building, a variable portion of this is vented at the ground level and the rest goes out vents in each apartment - the backpressure caused by the variable vents at ground level keeps a significant positive pressure so if you open your windows LOTS of cool air is pushed through your apartment for FREE

  4.  @jasonsimms8251  - People smarter than you very rarely take advantage of you. It's people who know how to manipulate your emotions who are the ones that take advantage of you. And you don't have to have any great intellect to emotionally manipulate people; you merely have to have a lack of empathy. The worst manipulators in the world are children with their parents. Thankfully this is mostly harmless. But a child that never grows is is what we call a narcissist- and they are the worst manipulators of all; though they just use the tactics every child uses.
