@somethingaboutQwerty - Its not "super costly" - its just the cost of doing business. You put risers through the floors every 50 feet and put 4 bathrooms around each one. The riser blocks even come prefabricated. Here in Bulgaria houses and apartments are built like this all the time cos we have post, rail and slab construction due to the earthquakes. so before the exterior walls and interior walls get put in a Bulgarian apartment block looks exactly like an open plan office.
