They have announced $4.1 trillion social spending to boost internal consumption, $25 billion for Ali-b... to switch to selling to the Chinese internal market. They are NOT sat waiting for Trump to change his mind, they had plans and they're implementing them. ITS OVER - no more China trade at any scale.
