  2. ABUNDANCE AGENDA IS 10% OF THE SOLUTION It is NOT a solution in itself to the problems we face today in the West. An example would be HS2 the high-speed rail in the UK was going to cost £22 billion - they spent £100 billion and gave up. Abandoned it. Why? Every single NIMBY on the way could personally STOP the project. Legislation that was designed to stop factories k1ll1ng rivers etc is now weaponised by NIMBYs and landlords to prevent ANYTHING happening. But that is 1 issue, not a solution.
