Individuals used to get to a point of riches they didn't need any more and didn't want to take the risk, so the JSC was created to NEVER ever have enough profit.

YEP -0 Im British living in Bulgaria, its only when I left the UK could I see how the desire to be ruled by a posh toff from Eton runs so deep, as a very left wing person I thought I was immune, I as not. Its indoctrinated in us through school and TV, the media everything. We respect a posh accent and we don't credit a working-class accent.
