@AlfieGoodrich ou are making the mistake of assuming that if Twitter didn't exist there would be an empty void. there would not, there would be a different app. Here in Eastern Europe, we have Viber which was used in the pandemic to relay messages

@kunal989 "Most of the news happens on Twitter first" and you need to know the news first do you??? That is called an addiction. I can get my news 2 hours later, 12 hours later 3 days later. If getting the news first is a plus, its actually a massive negative.

@ignaspincevicius3134 - Fair enough. Lets be real "Worlds richest man buys world's largest media outlet shortly after becoming political in his public views" is hardly a surprising story is it? He didn't spend $44 billion to make money, he didn't spend $44 billion to flatter his ego - he spent $44 billion to affect global elections. The same reason Rupert Murdock keeps pumping money into his loss-making newspapers like the Sun in the UK - they affect election results. We can argue on here like little rats, but Elon Musk didnt make a mistake - he bought inful;ence in elections. It is why shares in media companies should be limited to $5,000 per individual or organisation. Im just joking with people on here. I dont think he made a mistake, maybe he overpaid, so what - he will get back vastly more in the legislation he gets passed s a result of owing it. Twitter will likely never make a profit, he didn't buy it for that reason.
