No AI should ever be distributed. there is literally NO WAY of knowing what it will do when it becomes sentient - it might be the greatest thing we have ever done as a species - or it might decide to sterilise the planet and start again and NO amount of "protocols" will stop an IQ of 5,000 You take EVERY precaution - then when you know its safe you can relax them, once we now we know what we are doing. AI is the ULTIMATE "unkown unkown"
