  2. Thats not true - a lot of people, like my sister, who could very easily afford the fines - stook to the absolute letter of the law cos it was the right thing to do. Im not in the UK - I stook to the rules here.

Its how they justify their terrible behaviour "I'm not a selfish horrible person that may have killed someone with my action - YOU are an idiot for following the rules, YOU are a communist, NO ONE cares what YOU have to say. Its YOU that are the abnormal one for NOT breaking the rules" Well I live in an apartment block with quite a high proportion of old people - 5 have died of covid and one was taken to hospital 3 days ago with covid pneumonia - so YES I did follow the rules. I love my neighbours and I have watched 5 of them leave here not to return.

  8.  @fredzep01  I live in Bulgaria now and it REALLY does feel like this place is going forward - but still managing to maintain its deep sense of community. They SEEM to be looking at the mistakes the west has made and trying to avoid them - for how long they will succeed - I dont know.
