  2. I live in Bulgaria - not a rich country - but the life of the ordinery person here is IMESURABLY better than that of the average British person - cos EVERYTHGIN WORKS...! NO waiting lists for dentists, doctors, NHS, Free school meals, brant bew electric busses every 7 minutes at 70p for the day I can go on. Its a functioning society that invests in new thngs all the time.
