  13. IM A DISABLED SCROUNGER after paying £350,000 in tax and NI in my life I suffered brain damage in a mugging and have severely limited functional memory and limited object permanence. Like the vast VAST majority of people on benefits - I have PAID MY DUES whilst I worked and I had NATIONAL INSURANCE to cover me incase of / in times of need. Those who have not have parents and siblings who paid. It is NOT TAX PAYERS MONEY, it is their money.

  14. This was my comment: many young people would be in favour of National Service - my sister 16 year old asked all his mates and they were all for it....!!! If you live in a village in North Yorkshire where the average house is £750k and the Boomers call the police if you sit on a bench outside their house and there is 1 bus a DAY to the nearest town - a year playing soldier is VERY attractive. The issue is, even the 16 year olds know if the Tories WON they would not deliver it. They might be bored, they are not stupid.

Just make it unsustainable for the US in cost and logistic supply chains. The UK gives the money to the U5A, the U5A sends 40 year old kit to Ukraine and then they order new kit for themselves with your money from the US manufacturers. The way they justify this is they LIMIT the "range" of the weapons etc so as not to "escalate" the war - what this means is the new stuff would not meet the criteria so they HAVE to send the old stuff... Im not saying helping Ukraine is not a good idea - but its ALL a giant con the idea that we are giving money to Ukraine - NO we are paying to re-arm the US military. Am3ric4 NEVER does anything that is not in their DIRECT interests.
