IS THIS WHY CHINA is sucking $USD out of the market..? - they have about $4.5 trillion $USD cash on hand, I know why they are not investing it in $US Govt Bonds etc but I cant for the life in me work out why they ARE going to do with it, they could be lending it to developing countries etc but they are just sitting on cah equivalent to 20% of the US GDP Are they forcing a liquidity problem>?
